ECONOMYNEXT - Iconic Developments Ltd, said it is offering apartments at its latest project in Rajagiriya in Sri Lanka's capital Colombo, where buyers can pay 70% of the cost after completion.
The Iconic Galaxy project, by India's Apurva Natvar Parikh Group, has 250 apartments. Buyers who book apartments up to August 31 have to pay only 30% during construction and the balance 70% after completion.
"The sole reason for bringing in this scheme is to decrease the financial burden on our customers," Managing Director of Iconic Developments Rohan Parikh said. "Home-buyers also build a relationship of trust with developers through these kinds of schemes, which is very important for the future of this sector."
Iconic had successfully completed its first project, also in Rajagiriya, with 172 apartments.
Inconic Galaxy comes with a clubhouse and gym, swimming pool, children’s play area, a convenience store, backup power and water supply. (Colombo/July18/2017)
