Sri Lanka economic freedom forum in Sinhala today

ECONOMYNEXT - Advocata Institute, a Sri Lanka based think tank and Canada's Fraser Institute which compiles a global economic freedom index is hosting a forum aimed primarily at Sinhalese language speakers.
Minister for Special Assignments Sarath Amunugama, Deputy Power Minister Ajith Perera, Sirimal Abeyratne, Professor of Economics at Colombo University will be at the seminar.
Rohan Samarajiva, Chairman of LirneAsia, a Colombo-based policy research body who is keen on popularizing economics among Sinhala sepakers will deliver the key note speech 'Economic Freedom and Us' (ආර්ථික නිදහස සහ අපි), Advocata Institute said.
The forum begins at 5.30 pm at Laksham Kadirgamar Institute at Horton Place.
